Smoke alert: Glen Rock State Forest
This alert applies to the following parks:
Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS) will conduct a prescribed burn on a small portion of Glen Rock State Forest adjacent from Wednesday 11 July 2018 and Friday 13 July 2018 (inclusive). Planned burning is not expected to impact on visitor activities and the camping area will remain open.
The camping area may, however, be subjected to smoke during this time; and smoke can decrease visibility on roads and tracks. Visitors are therefore asked to exercise caution.
